Did you answer yes to any of these questions? Clinical depression often requires medical supervision as well as professional treatment. Clinical depression is treatable and requires commitment, understanding and patience from all those involved. If one of your family members has been diagnosed with mental illness, then you and your family, no doubt, are experiencing a number of concerns, emotions and questions about these disorders. I am sure that you may have already experienced emotions such as shock, sadness, frustration, anger, anxiety, confusion, etc. I would like to teach you some coping skills that will help you support your loved one.
