Children
Anxiety
-
Does your child appear excessively worried, fearful and panicky, on-edge or tense?
-
Does your child often report experiencing rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, nausea, insomnia, sweaty palms, diarrhea, dry mouth and dizziness?
-
Is your child anxious over a specific situation? (i.e. school, animals, people, tests, etc). Is this fear interfering with his/her daily and family life?
-
Is there a family conflict? (i.e. constant disagreement, custody battle, economic problems.)
If your answer was yes to any of these questions your child might be experiencing anxiety. I can help your child to determine and solve the source of his/her anxiety. Your child will learn how to overcome her/his fears. Family members will learn how to provide support to the child in order to reduce the anxiety.
