Does your teen have breathing problems, elevated heart and pulse rate, headaches, dizziness, nausea, on off again eating habits along with gastrointestinal issues?

Does your teen have feelings of intense stress, worry, fear, and panic?

Does your teen wish he/she was not so nervous all the time?

Does your teen have trouble falling asleep at night because he/she is too nervous or worried?

Is your teen spending a lot of time thinking about negative things that might happen to him or his family?
If your teen has some of these symptoms, he or she might be experiencing some form of anxiety. Anxiety is a real emotional disturbance. Teens with high anxiety are more likely to drink alcohol, smoke and present eating disorders. Anxiety can be treated. Do not hesitate and contact me, I have helped many adolescents to live a happier life with a lot less worry. Living with constant anxiety is not necessary!
